Price Lists

Price lists define the rates used to place any order. Each order has a single price list assigned to it, and from that it determines which products to display in the ordering panel within the viewing mode.

You can have any number of price lists, which can be useful when products are priced differently depending on the type of the shoot, whether or not it's a repeat customer, or anything else. All price lists are made up of a name and a set of price list items. Each price list item is composed of a product or layout, a finishing, a price, and optionally whether or not the item should be subject to sales tax (e.g., a shipping charge is not usually subject to sales tax).

A price list can have any number of items, but each item must have a unique combination of a product and finishing. Some examples for items might be:

  • 20x30 - Print
  • 20x30 - Gallery Wrap (1.5")
  • CD - Digital Images

If a price list has duplicate product/finishing entries or entries with the product or finishing missing you will have to resolve those before finishing editing the price list.

Adding a Price List

Begin by tapping "Add Price List..." in the Price Lists panel.

  1. Enter a name for the price list.
  2. Add entries to the price list.

Editing a Price List

  2. Make any changes.

Deleting a Price List

You can delete a price list using one of two ways.

  1. Swipe left to right on it in the list and tap "Delete".
  2. Tap "Edit" at the top of the panel, tap on the minus button next to it, and then tap "Delete".

Adding a Price List Entry

Make sure you're in the editing panel for the price list.

  1. Tap the + button on the right side of any price list item row to add a new entry to the price list. Regular products are grouped in the top section, layouts in the middle, and collections at the bottom.
  2. Tap on the product/layout column to choose the product/layout for the item.
  3. Tap on the finishing column to choose the finishing for the item.
  4. Toggle the taxable switch on or off depending on whether or not the item should be subject to sales tax.

When adding a new price list item the new item will be created as a duplicate of whichever row you tap the add button on. This can be used to more quickly add similar items that may differ only by the finishing or other attributes.
